FaberBrent will never use any of your data for any non-operational purpose.
We will only store your data for as long as required.
We store the minimum required information to perform our task.
We will never use it, or pass it onto a third party for marketing, sales or any other purpose (unless supported by a legitimate warrant).
We keep minimal paper records and all client data is kept physically secure, access is limited to required people, and data encrypted when not in use.
If you want to make a ‘Subject Access Request’ to any data we may have of yours please send your request in writing to our registered address. NB – Request may be challenged if the data is subject to Section 28 - National security, Section 29 - Crime and taxation or Section 36 - Domestic purposes exemption clauses.
